Cosy up with this indulgent Hot Mocha Chocolate with S’mores. A dreamy combination of rich drinking chocolate, warming Camp, and frothy milk, finished with marshmallows, whipped cream,and festive sprinkles. Served alongside gooey, cookie-based s’mores filled with melting marshmallows and hazelnut spread, it’s the perfect treat for chilly evenings, Christmas movie nights, or festive gatherings. With its decadent toppings and playful twist, this recipe turns a classic hot chocolate into a show-stopping winter warmer that everyone will love.

Ingredients
400ml milk
1 tbsp Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence, plus extra for drizzling
2 heaped tbsp drinking chocolate powder
4 chocolate chip cookies
2 giant marshmallows
4 tsp hazelnut spread
Squirty cream
Sprinkles of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Place the milk, Camp and drinking chocolate in a small saucepan, whisk together and heat just enough until steam rises.
Step 2
Place 2 of the cookies upside down on a small baking tray, halve 1 marshmallow horizontally and place on top of the cookies, place under a preheated grill for about 1 minute until the marshmallow begins to soften and melt. Spread the hazelnut spread on the base of the other cookies and press onto the melted marshmallow to sandwich them together.
Step 3
Pour the drink into 2 mugs, slice the remaining marshmallow into 4 and place 2 pieces on top of the drinks. Add squirty cream and sprinkles and drizzle with extra Camp. Serve with the s’mores.
