A smooth twist on the classic White Russian - vodka, Camp Coffee and cream stirred together and served over ice for a rich, coffee-kissed cocktail.

Ingredients
1 tbsp Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence
1 tbsp icing sugar
4 tbsp vodka
2 tbsp double cream
Ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together the Camp Coffee Essence, icing sugar and vodka and make up to 200ml water. Stir in the cream.
Step 2
Add ice cubes to 2 tumblers and divide the cocktail between them.
Cooks Tip!
For Camp ice cubes, mix 2 tbsp Camp with 300ml water and pour into an ice cube tray to freeze to make about 8 cubes.
